Delivery of Treadmill via Installer (Add‑On Service)

This is an add‑on service that allows one of our installers to pick up your purchased product from the local retail store and deliver it directly to your installation location.

This service is designed to be purchased only in conjunction with a main installation or assembly service and applies to the pickup and delivery of one single product related to that service.

To allow the product to be released to our installer, customers must provide:

• A valid bill of lading, purchase receipt, or order confirmation
• Any required store pickup authorization or release details
