What’s Included
Pre‑Installation Review: The installer will review the installation details with you before starting work.
Vanity Readiness Requirement: The new vanity must be uncrated by the delivery provider and placed in the room where installation will occur prior to the installer’s arrival.
Unboxing & Inspection: The new vanity, sink, and faucet will be unpacked and inspected for visible damage before installation begins.
Removal of Existing Vanity
The installer will disconnect the existing sink, faucet, and plumbing connections and remove the old vanity unit.
Please note: Removal of an existing vanity may result in wall or surface damage. Any wall, drywall, or paint repairs are not included.
New Vanity Installation: The new vanity will be assembled (if required), leveled, secured, and installed according to manufacturer specifications.
Sink & Faucet Installation: Installation of a top‑mount sink and faucet, including connection of existing plumbing and supply lines.
Plumbing Test: All connections will be tested to ensure proper operation and to check for leaks.
Job Site Cleanup: The work area will be cleaned once installation is complete.
Services Not Included
- Disposal of the old vanity or packaging materials (unless a disposal service is purchased separately)
- Vanity pickup or delivery
- Structural modifications or changes to existing plumbing
- Cleaning of clogged drains
- Drywall, wall, or paint repairs
- Permit fees, where applicable
- Drilling holes in sinks for faucet installation
- Supply or installation of new shut‑off valves (available at an additional cost)
Additional services or repairs not listed above may require a separate quote.
