Our professional installers will securely mount your TV and ensure proper setup based on manufacturer guidelines and standard installation practices. This package also includes on-wall wire concealment up to 3ft of white conduit.
What’s Included
Pre‑Installation Review: The installers will review the installation details and confirm TV placement with you before starting work.
TV Inspection & Power Test: The TV will be unpacked, visually inspected for damage, plugged into a nearby outlet, and powered on to perform a basic screen test prior to mounting. (Photo documentation of TV condition and screen test will be captured and attached to the service order.)
Wall Evaluation: The installers will identify a suitable mounting location for the customer‑supplied wall mount bracket.
Standard Wall Type Installation: Installation is intended for drywall over wood‑stud construction. Mounting to brick, stone, concrete, or metal studs may be available for an additional charge. Full‑motion mounts are not installed on concrete or masonry walls.
Wall Mount & TV Installation: The wall mount will be installed according to the manufacturer’s specifications, and the TV will be securely mounted.
On‑Wall Wire Concealment: The installers will supply and install up to 3 feet of white surface‑mounted conduit to conceal TV wiring. Additional conduit length beyond 3 feet is available for an additional charge.
Device Connection & Orientation: Up to three external devices (e.g., cable box, streaming device, gaming console) will be plugged in. A brief 5‑minute walkthrough will be provided covering basic TV functions such as power, input selection, and menu access.
Job Site Cleanup: The work area will be cleaned once installation is complete.
Service Does Not Include Included
- Wall mount bracket supply
- Fireplace mounting or above‑fireplace installations
- In‑wall (behind‑the‑wall) wire concealment
- Electrical outlet installation or relocation
- Cable fishing, routing through walls, or hidden wiring beyond surface conduit
- TV pickup, delivery, or disposal of old equipment
- Disposal of packaging materials
Additional materials, labor, or services not listed above may require a separate quote.
Customer Responsibilities
- The wall mount bracket must be supplied by the customer.
- All required cables (HDMI, power, etc.) must be available at the time of installation.
If a required cable is missing, the installer may be able to supply it at an additional cost.
