What’s Included
- Review of installation details with the customer before work begins
- Unboxing and inspection of the TV to check for visible damage
- Initial functionality test, including plugging in the TV and running a quick screen test
- Photographing the TV condition and screen test, and attaching the images to the order
- Connecting the TV to your existing stand
- Plugging in and connecting up to three external components, such as:
- Streaming devices
- Cable/satellite boxes
- Blu‑ray players
- Game consoles
- Basic 5–10 minute tutorial covering essential functions:
- Power on/off
- Volume
- Input selection
- Accessing menus
- Setup of a non‑learning universal remote control (if applicable)
- Final cleanup of packaging and the jobsite
What’s Not Included
- Disposal of the old TV, stand, or packaging
- Locating or installing electrical outlets behind the TV
- Wall mounting or bracket installation
- Cable management or hiding wires
- Networking setup or smart‑TV advanced configuration
- Installation of additional furniture or stands not related to the TV
