What’s Included

Pre‑Installation Review: The installer will review the installation details with you and confirm placement before work begins.

TV Inspection & Power Test: The TV will be unpacked, visually inspected for damage, plugged into a nearby outlet, and powered on to perform a basic screen test prior to installation. (Photo documentation of TV condition and screen test will be captured and attached to the work order.)

Wall Evaluation: The installer will locate a suitable mounting location for the customer‑supplied wall mount bracket.

Standard Wall Mount Installation: Installation is intended for drywall over wood‑stud construction. Mounting to brick, stone, concrete, or metal studs may be available for an additional charge. Full‑motion mounts are not installed on concrete or masonry surfaces.

TV Mounting: The wall mount will be installed and the TV securely mounted according to manufacturer specifications.

Device Connection & Orientation: Up to three external devices (e.g., cable box, streaming device, game console) will be plugged in.

Job Site Cleanup: The work area will be cleaned once installation is complete.

Services Not Included

• TV pickup, delivery, or removal of old equipment
• Disposal of packaging materials
• Fireplace mounting or installation above a fireplace
• Fireplace‑specific or specialty wall mount brackets
• Relocation or installation of electrical outlets behind the TV
• Running, concealing, or managing cables or wiring from additional devices

Additional materials, labor, or a separate service may be required for non‑standard installations or site conditions.
