Upgrade your bathroom with our basic toilet installation service. This installation package is designed for customers replacing an existing toilet with a new unit of the same size and configuration. Our trained technicians ensure a proper, code‑compliant installation, leak‑free connections, and a full operational check so your new toilet performs exactly as intended.

What’s Included

  • Review of the installation details with the customer before work begins
  • Unboxing and inspection of the new toilet for visible damage
  • Disconnecting and removing the existing toilet
  • Installation of the new toilet in the same location and alignment
  • Supply and installation of a new toilet water supply line
  • Supply and installation of a wax ring and mounting bolts (if not included with the toilet package)
  • Turning on water supply, checking connections for leaks, and testing full toilet operation
  • Final cleanup of the jobsite

This service applies only to replacement installations where the new toilet matches the dimensions and rough‑in of the existing fixture.

What’s Not Included

  • Disposal of the old toilet or packaging (unless disposal service is purchased)
  • Supply or installation of new shut‑off valves (available as an add‑on)
  • Pick‑up or delivery of the toilet (unless delivery service is purchased)
  • Plumbing modifications, including:
    • Relocating or adjusting drains
    • Cleaning clogged drains
    • Flange repairs or replacements
    • Permit fees, where applicable
  • Installation of accessories such as bidets or bidet seats (not included in this basic package)
