Shed Assembly Service (Vinyl / Resin Structures)

Service Includes:

Pre‑Installation Review: The installer will review installation details with you before beginning work.

On‑Site Assembly: The shed will be assembled in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions using provided components.

Component Handling: Shed components will be moved from the delivery drop‑off location to the assembly site on your property.

Leveling Adjustment (Minor): If the existing area is out of level by up to 1 inch (end‑to‑end), the installer will perform minor adjustments during installation.

Anchoring: The shed will be anchored to the existing base using installer‑supplied fasteners.

Sealing (When Required): Caulking may be applied around the base, windows, doors, and roof plugs as necessary and according to manufacture specifications.

Functionality Check: Basic testing to ensure doors and windows open and close properly.

Job Site Cleanup: Packaging materials will be neatly placed on‑site for customer disposal.

Service Does Not Include

• Shed pickup, delivery, or permit processing
• Base preparation or leveling beyond 1 inch
• Installation on unprepared or non‑compliant sites
• Custom work or modifications outside manufacturer specifications
• Painting, shingling, finishing, or repair of shed materials or surrounding surfaces

Site Requirements & Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth installation, the following conditions must be met before the installer arrives:

• All required building permits must be obtained in accordance with local regulations.
• The shed must be uncrated and ready for assembly.
• The installation area must be:
  
  • A flat, firm, level, permanent surface (not directly on the ground)
  • Located at least 36 inches from any fence or property line
  • Cleared of debris, branches, and obstructions
• Clear, reasonable access to the install location is required.
  

Additional Information

Additional charges or a separate quote may apply for non‑standard site conditions, difficult access (such as stairs, steep slopes, long carry distances, or tight spaces), or any services not listed above.

This service includes only the work specifically described in this listing. Any additional requests, site conditions, or requirements not expressly included may require a revised scope of work or additional fees.
