What’s Included

  • Review of installation details with the customer before work begins
  • Unboxing and inspection of the new rangehood for visible damage
  • Disconnecting the existing rangehood, including electrical and ductwork (if applicable)
  • Verifying existing venting is present and properly aligned for the new unit, with no modifications required
  • Checking manufacturer clearance requirements to ensure proper spacing to combustibles
  • Mounting and centering the support bracket (when possible) and securing it according to manufacturer specifications
  • Adjusting exhaust fan orientation, if necessary, for existing ducted or ductless setup
  • Connecting and sealing to existing ductwork, if applicable
  • Installation of anti‑tip bracket, if supplied with the appliance
  • Testing full operation, including exhaust fan, lights, and accessories
  • For ductless installations, ensuring the charcoal filter is properly installed
  • Verifying the appliance is properly grounded and fully operational
  • Final cleanup of the job site
