What’s Included

  • Review of the installation details with the customer before work begins
  • Unboxing and inspection of the new unit for visible damage
  • Disconnection and removal of the existing laundry tub, cabinet, faucet, and related plumbing
  • Installation and assembly of the new laundry cabinet, ensuring proper leveling and secure placement
  • Installation of the new sink and faucet, including connection of all plumbing and supply lines
  • Turning on water, checking all connections, and testing full operation for leaks and proper flow
  • Final cleanup of the jobsite
Important: Removing the existing laundry tub and cabinet may cause wall or drywall damage. Wall repairs are not included in this installation package.

What’s Not Included

  • Disposal of the old laundry tub, cabinet, or packaging
  • Pick‑up or delivery of the new unit
  • Structural modifications of any kind
  • Plumbing modifications such as:
    • Relocating lines or drains
    • Cleaning clogged drains
    • Replacing or repairing flanges
    • Permit fees
  • Drilling holes in existing sinks or countertops for faucets
  • Supply or installation of new shut‑off valves (available at additional cost)
