Ideal for customers who are replacing an existing stand‑alone laundry tub sink with a new unit of the same size.
What’s Included
- Review of installation details with the customer prior to starting
- Unboxing and visual inspection of the new laundry tub for damage
- Disconnection and removal of the existing sink and faucet
- Installation of the new laundry tub in the same location, following manufacturer specifications and local code
- Installation of the faucet (if supplied with the unit or customer-provided)
- Connection of all plumbing lines, including supply and drain
- Turning on water, checking all connections, and testing for leaks and proper function
- Final cleanup of the work area
The replacement laundry tub must match the dimensions and configuration of the existing one for this basic package.
What’s Not Included
- Disposal of the old laundry tub or packaging
- Supply or installation of new shut‑off valves (available as an add‑on service)
- Pick‑up or delivery of the new laundry tub (unless delivery service is purchased)
- Any plumbing modifications such as:
- Relocating plumbing lines
- Adjusting drain placement
- Cleaning clogged drains
- Flange repairs
- Permit fees, where applicable
- Drilling holes in the new or existing sink for faucet installation
- Structural or drywall repairs
