What’s Included
Pre‑Installation Review: The installer will review installation details with you and confirm the designated assembly location before work begins.
On‑Property Product Handling: The gazebo will be moved from the delivery location on your property to the assembly site, provided it can be safely transported in separate components.
Unboxing & Inspection: Packaging will be removed and the gazebo components will be inspected for visible damage prior to assembly.
Professional Assembly: The gazebo will be assembled according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
Netting Installation (If Included): Netting will be installed if it is included as part of the original gazebo package (netting sold separately is not included).
Anchoring: The gazebo will be anchored to the customer’s level deck, concrete, interlocking stone, or patio surface using installer‑supplied fasteners.
Additional fasteners beyond manufacturer recommendations may result in additional charges.
Operational Check: A basic inspection will be completed to confirm doors, panels, and moving components operate correctly.
Job Site Cleanup: The work area will be cleaned upon completion, and packaging materials will be placed on‑site for customer disposal.
Service Does Not Include:
- Pickup or delivery of the gazebo
- Site preparation, ground work, or leveling
- Obtaining or processing building permits
- Moving products through difficult access areas (such as stairs, steep slopes, long carry distances, or narrow spaces)
- Repairs to stone, concrete, wood, or finished surfaces if cracking or splitting occurs
Additional charges or a separate quote may apply for non‑standard site conditions or services not listed above.
Site Requirements & Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth installation, the following must be in place before the installer arrives:
- The gazebo must be uncrated by the delivery fleet and ready for assembly.
- All required building permits must be obtained in accordance with local regulations
- The installation surface must be: Flat, firm, and permanent and at least 36 inches from fences or property lines
- The installation area must be clear of debris, overhanging branches, and obstructions
- If installing on a raised surface, a minimum of 12 inches of clearance on all sides is required to allow ladder access for roof assembly
