Our overhead garage door opener installation package is designed for professional setup and alignment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
What's Included
Pre-Installation Review: Confirm installation details with the customer before starting work.
Unboxing & Inspection: Remove packaging and inspect the new opener for any visible damage.
Professional Installation: Mount the opener securely to the ceiling using the existing structure and manufacturer-provided brackets.
Power Connection: Plug the opener into an existing 110-volt outlet within 3 ft of the motor.
Accessory Setup: Install and configure wireless remote keypad, wall controls, and exterior key lock. Install emergency key release if the garage has only one entrance.
Safety Sensor Alignment: Install and properly align the safety sensor eyes for safe operation.
Final Assembly: Secure the unit using angle brackets and install light bulbs (supplied by customer).
Structural Support (If Required): If ceiling height requires additional back-hang support not included in the package, additional charges may apply for supplying and installing necessary reinforcements.
Testing & Verification: Test the opener, safety sensors, and accessories to confirm proper functionality.
Jobsite Cleanup: Remove packaging and clean up the work area before leaving.
Service Does Not Include
- Pick‑up or delivery of the garage door opener or disposal of the old opener or packaging
- Extra perforated angle/back‑hang brackets
- Structural reinforcement struts
- Operator‑specific mounting brackets
- Rail extension kits
- Installation of additional materials not included with the opener, such as: Electrical upgrades, rewiring, or relocation of power outlets
- Garage door maintenance, lubrication, or mechanical repairs
- Installation of side‑mount (jackshaft) openers
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure the garage area is accessible and clutter-free
- Provide clear access to the opener and door components

Pre‑existing damage or unsafe equipment conditions may limit the technician’s ability to complete the service.
