  • Moving the equipment unless it can be safely carried in separate pieces without specialized moving tools

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth installation, please prepare the following:

  • Fitness equipment must be in the designated assembly room before the installer arrives
  • The installation area must be clear, accessible, and free of hazards
  • Floors must be level and stable to support proper installation

If equipment needs to be moved within the home, the installer may do so only if the parts can be safely carried and do not require specialized moving equipment.
