What’s Included

Pre‑Installation Review: The installer will review the installation details with you and confirm placement before beginning work.

Unboxing & Inspection: Your new light fixture or chandelier will be unboxed and inspected for any visible damage or missing parts before installation.

Removal of Existing Fixture: The existing light or chandelier will be carefully taken down and placed in a customer‑designated area for disposal.

Professional Installation: The installer will perform basic assembly and mount the new fixture in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Electrical Connection: Wiring will be connected to the existing electrical box, provided it has power, functional controls, and is properly rated and reinforced to support the weight of the new fixture.

Operational Testing: The installer will test the fixture to ensure it is functioning correctly, including any integrated lighting or built‑in features.

Job Site Cleanup: All packaging materials will be gathered, broken down, and placed in a designated area on your property for disposal.

  • Installing, reinforcing, or replacing an electrical box
  • Installing a fixture where no wiring or previous fixture exists
  • Installing extra accessories such as dimmers, remote controls, wall switches, or smart integrations
  • Hanging or arranging decorative elements (e.g., crystals) beyond standard manufacturer instructions
  • Disposal of the old fixture or packaging materials

Additional work outside this scope may require a separate quote.
