Electrical - Ceiling Fan Replacement (under 10ft above floor)

Our professional installer will safely remove your old fixture and install your new ceiling fan according to manufacturer specifications to ensure proper performance and reliable operation.

What’s Included

Pre‑Installation Review: The installer will review installation details with you and confirm the installation location before beginning work.

Unboxing & Inspection: Your new ceiling fan will be unboxed and inspected for visible damage or missing parts prior to installation.

Removal of Existing Fixture: The existing fixture  will be taken down and placed in a customer‑designated area for disposal.

Professional Installation: The installer will perform basic assembly and install the new ceiling fan according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Electrical Connection: Wiring will be connected to the existing electrical box, provided it: Has power, has functional controls, is properly rated and reinforced to support the fan’s weight.

Operational Testing: The fan will be tested to ensure proper operation, including lights (if applicable) and fan speed settings.

Job Site Cleanup: All packaging materials will be gathered, broken down, and placed in a designated area on your property for disposal.

Customer Review: Before leaving, the installer will review the installation with you and confirm that the fan is functioning properly.

Not Included

• Running new electrical wiring or installing new electrical circuits
• Installing or replacing an electrical box, or reinforcing an inadequate one
• Installing a ceiling fan where no existing fixture or wiring is present
• Installing additional accessories (remotes, switches, smart controls, etc.)
• Disposal of the old fixture or packaging materials
