What’s Included
Pre‑Installation Review: The installer will review the scope of work with you and confirm site conditions before beginning service.
Gas Supply Verification: The installer will verify the presence of an existing, accessible, and code‑compliant natural gas shut‑off valve suitable for connection.
Unboxing & Inspection: The BBQ will be removed from its packaging and inspected for visible damage or missing components prior to assembly.
Professional BBQ Assembly: Assembly will be completed according to the manufacturer’s instructions, with all components securely installed.
Stability & Safety Check: The assembled BBQ will be checked for stability and safe positioning.
Gas Line Disconnection (Existing Appliance): Gas service will be shut off at the existing shut‑off valve and safely disconnected from the old appliance.
If no shut‑off valve is present, additional charges may apply to install one.
Gas Connection: The BBQ will be connected to the existing natural gas line in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local gas codes.
Flexible Gas Connector: A standard gas‑rated flexible connector will be supplied and installed as part of the service.
Leak Testing & Ignition Check: Proper gas leak testing will be performed, and ignition will be verified to ensure safe operation.
Gas Tagging: A gas compliance tag will be installed as required by local regulations.
Operational Testing: Burners, igniters, flame patterns, and overall performance will be tested to confirm proper operation.
Customer Review: The installer will review the installation and basic operation of the BBQ with you upon completion.
Job Site Cleanup: The work area will be cleaned and any installation debris removed.
Service Does Not Included:
- Installation of a new natural gas line or modifications to an existing gas line
- Permit acquisition or inspection coordination
- Connection to propane or alternate gas sources
- Gas conversions of the BBQ
- Supply of parts not included with the BBQ
- Modifications to the BBQ unit
- Structural changes to the installation area
Additional charges or a separate quote may apply for non‑standard site conditions or services not listed above.
